Doctors and nurses are excellent. Reception/check-in is a problem. Also, calling to make appointments is a real problem. I continually called in l[ . . . ] only to be told there were no available appointments and that you hadn't started making [ . . . ] appointments. Think about that - booked up thru [ . . . ] & hadn't started booking [ . . . ]. Ridiculous!
He answered all my questions and concerns. I feel confident putting my cardiac care with him.

I was shown to the exam within minutes of arriving at the office and the nurse completed her questions and tests and told me the doctor would be in shortly. The time was very close to my appointment time because, per instructions to com in 15 minutes before the appointment time. It took the doctor 25 minutes to come to my examining room. I really didn't care about the waiting I just wish they would give more accurate times when the doctor would be in to see me.
