I had my annual physical but it was not very thorough and after reading my after appointment MyChart notes they were not accurate. Clinical notes stated things that were supposedly done but they were not done. They never looked in my eyes with a light, never looked in my mouth or my nose, did not do a musculoskeletal exam, did not palpate my abdomen or feel and look at my skin. If you do not perform those parts of the exam, it should not be notes that it was done. Those records are false. If my insurance is paying for these services and they are not performed they should not be billing for such. This happened at my last yearly check up as well. If the provider is not allowed enough time to perform these parts of the annual exam then she needs to have more time. A clinical note stating that something was done but it was not done it is improper documentation.

Ashley never makes me feel rushed and always answers all of my medical questions.
Its nice being able to be listened to and come away feeling the treatment suggested will make me feel better soon. I also feel that if i have additional questions, i can call the practice to receive additional care.

In general I like working with her compared to some of the past providers. However as a practice or 鈥渇acility's it always seems to be about the turnover of patients per day. I literally can spend 20 minutes just going over everything bothering me from my head to my toes. But we only highlight the most bothersome due to being rushed.

I do like that we can have virtual visits now that you have moved 45 minutes from me. It is the doctor keeping me so it is important to have the care I get or I would have to find a place closer to me.
She was great. She suggested an option for weight loss with Wagovy and I鈥檓 excited at the prospect of actually losing weight as I鈥檝e always been heavy even though I don鈥檛 overeat. I鈥檓 really happy she made the suggestion and I鈥檓 excited about losing weight.

She took her time and listened to all my concerns. Everything brought up was addressed and treatment plan explained. I know she must have had other patients to see but I did not feel rushed and I left feeling my time was well spent and I believe I will receive the best care possible with this provider

I was there for a yearly physical. She looked in my ears but I was never asked to remove my mask, in the past the provided looks in your mouth and throat. I believe they check lymph nodes in the neck, and feel your belly. They usually have you take deep breaths and listen to lungs. None of this was done. I was also asked if I wanted a breast exam. Isn't that always done during an annual exam. I feel Trinity Health has limited the amount of time providers have and now the exams are not very thorough.
The care was excellent.
This is my first visit with my newest care giver. So far so good!
