Dr. Dowgiert is the best physician I have ever had (I'm not exaggerating). She is 100% consistent in her attentiveness and her competence. I am always listened to, my concerns are always addressed and resolved. She always spends however long it takes to address all of my concerns. And the whole practice runs beautifully--no waiting, and everyone involved is friendly and caring, from the receptionists to the nurses.

Dr. Dowgiert really takes the time to make sure I have information regarding pregnancy available and explains everything to me in great detail so I under stand test results and scans completely.

I think a default congratulations was emotionally taxing. I don't blame my doctor, who I adore. There was no way to indicate my mental state before... No opportunity to confidentially express my concerns and fears first. I would have benefited from 'how do you feel about that' first.

Front desk staff need to be a little more friendly, and they actually need to be up front. Upon arriving, there was no staff checking patients in or out. Please note- there should ALWAYS be some one at check in.
