Every time I see Dr. Alexander I walk out feeling as if I have received the best care possible. I am a retired RN and she's the best doctor I have ever had or known professionally. She's caring and thorough. I can't say enough good things about her.

Dr Alexander and her Nurse were very receptive to my unique needs with a history of mental health concerns. She accomodated any requests I had and was able to talk me through every step of the way without any judgement when I was behind on any shots-- she just asked if I wanted to do them today! AND when I said I didn't want to do a pap smear, she respected my answer and didn't push me on it. That was the moment I knew it was a safe place to get care.
I appreciate the time Dr Alexander took, but also appreciate the efficiency she took; I didn't feel as though there was any judgement or dwelling on any particular questions, even when I may have had an "unexpected" answer.

I have a multifaceted medical situation (lots going n) & Dr Alexander covers everything, each time鈥攁nd is always extremely patient & follows up with each of the multiple aspects. I felt heard, cared about. I鈥檓 59, post menopausal and had a hysterectomy in 2021. I鈥檓 struggling to lose weight and Dr. Alexander was very helpful in giving me options that I wanted that do not include prescription medications. She also didn鈥檛 give me the 鈥淢y Plate's crud that other IHA doctors have. I am also interested in HRT, and want to explore Bioidenticlal options. Dr. Alexander knew of another IHA OB/GYN who specializes in HRT and holistic options and gave me her name. I loved that she was honest about HRT not being her area of expertise.
Dr Alexander listens, assesses, and goes above and beyond to give her patients exceptional care!! (This is undone when the compounded meds she has prescribed are not called in, or are finally called in yet in a different dosage and number of capsules鈥攃ausing time without needed medication (days!) and additional expense as the number of pills and doses are changed.

I went to the Saline clinic in need of care for a persistent cough and in need of a primary care doctor. Bothe needs were met withon 15 min of my arrival. Couldn't ask for anything more.
She was pleasant, demonstrated concern for my symptoms and spent an appropriate amount of time discussing with me our next steps. She made this a very good first visit experience.
