As a healthcare provider and time constraints, I noticed the familiar script/routine things to cover and then a Segway to wrap up. I had to bring up the points of interest highlighted on my intake. I was pleased to see it was remembered and included in the summary of my appt.

Dr. Willhardt is the best doctor I've ever had! She is warm and gets to know you as an actual human being. You are a person first and patient second. She is fully present and takes her time with you. Dr. Willhardt is efficient without it feeling like she's watching the time- it feels like you have as much time as you need and that she's focused on you. In addition, she is honest when she doesn't know something and takes a "let's find out" mindset as she tries to get to the bottom of your issue through imaging or other techniques. I could not ask for a better doctor and am so grateful for her!
She has been very good. I just wondered why i didnt get my lymph nodes checked or my throat or reflexes during a physical but maybe the requirements have changed. Has always been very thorough otherwise.

I like someone who is personal with me and that i am able to walk away feeling cared for and unjudged. I have always had this experience at this office. This is the second time with this provider, and I previous had a provider I loved. But this provider was personable, inquisitive, knowledgeable, and carding.
