Dr, bokshan is wonderful with my daughter. She is patient and talks to her even though she is one. She also takes time to answer all my questions, no matter how small they are.
My son, who is only 3, has developed anxiety and fear going to any office visit now (as you probably could tell when you saw us he was upset). It is so horrible and it gives me so much anxiety myself because I can鈥檛 get him to calm down. Your techniques you used and your patience with him (and me) was appreciated beyond belief and simply put you were amazing. I actually felt like crying when we left because I was so proud of him for how well he did (compared to other visits) and I know that is largely due to you. You probably don鈥檛 even realize it because It is just part of your day to day but you really made a difference and to me you really cared about my kid. A lot of times when I have taken him places (never really with your office but to specialists), the providers (or techs) always look to me to calm him and half the time the visit seems rushed because he won鈥檛's but I really felt you step in and work with me to calm him down and I can鈥檛 thank you enough. That really made my day and helped ease my own anxiety having him there. And I think him seeing you was a huge step in the right direction to easing his anxiety and fear when it comes to going to the doctor's I know it was a short visit but honestly, Dr Bokshan, that made such a huge difference for him and for me and I can鈥檛 thank you enough.

Using the car waiting / staff entrance process was very smooth and appreciated. Reception and whoever we spoke with on the nurse line were all extremely courteous and patient with us during several calls this week despite being no doubt absolutely slammed with patients and calls. Amazing patient experience, especially given the extreme environmental circumstances. Big hugs to everyone for doing this work at this time, and so much gratitude for what you do. Dr. Bokshan is great. She is always on time and never rushes us during the appointment. She listens to all of our concerns and makes sure all of our questions are answered before we leave. We are very happy she is caring for our child.

Dr Bokshan is great. Our daughter is not a lover of the doctor's office and Dr Bokshan's patience is amazing. She Is great with our little one. We always feel heard by her and didn't think twice about having our newborn go to her for his care.

I really liked Dr. Bokshan. She did a great job connecting with my son who was feeling a little shy during his visit. We were there to verify his foot wasn't injured, and when he didn't want to show her his gait, she tried to play soccer with him to have him demonstrate his range of movement in a fun way. When that didn't work, she walked down the hall with us to get stickers so she could see how he was walking on the way. She made sure she got the info she needed to make a correct diagnosis without coercing my son. Also, instead of taking a take-it-or-leave-it approach to after-visit suckers and stickers, she asked my son his preferences and made sure he got ones that he liked. I know medical care is what's most important, but the way she gave him options and asked him for input showed her respect for him as a person. She connected with him on a kid level while treating him with the same respect she would have given an adult which I appreciated.

This was a new provider to us whom neither of my son had ever seen. Normally that feels a little bumpy but in this case, it was very smooth.
Our experience was great. Dr. Bokshan is new to our family, and we really enjoyed her.
