This was my first visit. As a first visit I was happy, felt I was listened to and had the time to discuss my problems and that my physician was not trying to rush out the door. The assistant was kind in noting I had a migraine and turning off the lights.

Dr. Theisen and the staff in her office are exceptional. Dr. Theisen has been helping me to work through a back injury which has been very challenging - she is warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. From the moment I walk through the door of Dr. Theisen's practice I receive excellent care. Reception is always warm in their greeting, Dr Theisen's MA, Julie, is always caring, she also does such an excellent job of helping me with getting questions and concerns to Dr. Theisen and Dr Theisen herself is amazing. I feel so fortunate to have found such an excellent practice to help during a time that where I have struggled with immense pain, difficulty with mobility and personal frustration. I would highly recommend both Dr. Theisen and this practice!

I had seen Dr. Theisen before. It was about 3 years ago after a fall. Her intervention led to a correct diagnosis and subsequent treatment (spinal injections) led to significant pain relief for 3-4 years - Pain is back - Need fresh injections.

Dr. Theisen understood my concerns regarding a potential knee replacement surgery and the spine issues for which she treats me. She was extremely helpful in helping me evaluate the pros and cons.

Dr. Alexandra Theisen at Chelsea Rehabilitation has been very attentive with my care. I worked with Dr.Chodoroff for year until his retirement. I had heard she was in high demand so I'm very appreciative she took me on.
