I spent more time than usual waiting as the Doctor was running behind from previous things that happened that morning. He appologized numerous times. And, was very sincere about it.

This last visit was exceptionally quick. I usually have to wait at least 30 minutes after the nurse has checked my vitals and reviewed my meds. before I saw the doctor. I was pleasantly surprised to see the doctor in just a few minutes. He spent ample time with me and I still left the office in less than 30 minutes. First time this happened in over 15 years.

Dr. Nacif is a remarkable Doctor and primary care provider. I feel lucky to have him. Very few times I have had to wait beyond 15 minutes for my appointment time. IHA does a great job from top to bottom. Dr. Nacif is how I view IHA and compare them to other Doctors and medical services. In my experience, there is no other that comes close to the medical acumen and personal care provided by Dr. Nacif and IHA.
