Best PCP I’ve ever had. I’m 82.
He understands that taking care of your patients is more than just healing the body, that a healthy mind is also a part of care. Also, he takes the time to listen.
The appt time for the procedure seemed ok. The wait time seemed much longer than expected. I will also say the staff seemed to respond more quickly to the ear issue.
Very interested in patient’s health.

Again, appointment seemed rushed and to many patients or day started late. Strange. Never experienced that. Appointment took an hour and half.
I first met Dr. Alan Young when he was with Spectrum, Big Rapids. He left to go with Mercy, so my wife and I followed him.
