My only concern about this visit was during the scheduling process. I called the practice several times and was transferred to a nurse line to discuss symptoms. After being transferred I would be on hold for over 20 minutes, at which point I called back and the same thing happened over again. I eventually just used the online portal to schedule the appointment, but would have liked to know if I could have gotten an earlier appointment.

The visit itself was excellent, but what we really appreciated was the follow up call to discuss test results where Adriana answered all of our questions and spent time talking through things with us.
