Dr. Ziff is a very good doctor and is great at explaining ways you can handle your condition on your own, and uses medicine as a last resort instead of immediately. I appreciate when a Doctor takes time to listen, answer all my questions and educate me on how to improve my own condition, instead of just stringing me along with needless medication and appointments. I was impressed with both his intelligence and his integrity.

Dr. Ziff was very professional and caring. He asked me how I was doing and answered any questions that I had. He offered to show me pictures from my surgery. I had seen examples online and on paper, but seeing what the surgery actually did for me was amazing. No wonder I feel so much better.

Dr. Ziff took his time with me, before and after surgery. I appreciated him explaining all the options, the pros and cons of each, and risks associated with each option. He was easy to understand, and never seemed rushed. I feel so much better after the surgery. He and Dr. Mudzinski made a great team. I have not completed healing yet, but I can already tell the difference. I cannot thank him and Dr. Mudzinski enough.

Dr Ziff was wonderful! He was patient and focused on me and my concerns.
unfriendly. I had tried to coordinate something another physician wanted done--I had done this weeks before and the week of the appt. This other physician was not in the Trinity Health System. In the provider's note and in conversation with me, he seemed quite irritated about it. I will never do this again, and I do feel uncomfortable going back to him. The problem is that he was referred by my gyn and my pcp referred me to my gyn, so I risk alienating my team in order to take care of myself. I should not need to make that choice. He is not burnt out. I've learned that the two hospital systems here do not work well together or do not want to work with each other. It is very discouraging.
