Dr. Heller was great. His technician who did the intake was very friendly, empathetic and efficient. I received a call when the test results were in to start taking an antibiotic. I could not have been more positively impressed with the whole experience.

Never seen this provider. Only reason I choose him was because he was about the only one I could see soon. The rest was a couple weeks to a couple months. I don't feel that a provider should be accepting new patients if he/she does not have the time to see them in a timely fashion. This provider I felt lacked confidence in my issue. I left with not really any possibilities or recommendations. I will now have to look at visiting 2 other Dr.s to possibly have a diagnoses.

I felt that he listened to my concerns and provided useful feedback about my overall health and steps I can take to improve.I have seen many bad doctors, and I spent a good deal of time researching to try to find a good one. I feel extremely comfortable with Dr. Heller as my pcp, and feel good about future visits.
I was very happy that IHA in Brighton (Old 23 location) was able to get me in for a same day appointment. I even showed up late as I mistakenly went to the wrong IHA location initially, but when I arrived at the correct location, they still made time to see me. I was very appreciative of that.
