What to Expect
- Multi-step process involving a clinical interview, neuropsychological assessment and results appointment
- Notify you of any abnormalities in your neuroimaging that may be responsible for memory loss symptoms
- If appropriate, discuss medications that can help with some memory loss symptoms
- Provide information about how your brain is functioning and teach you the areas that are of strength or of weakness for you
- Provide an educated opinion and recommendations regarding what steps should be taken following your test results
- Give you the opportunity to meet with our family consult psychologist to discuss any questions you may have about community resources
