She was very good except she told me she would call the next day (5/22/24)once the test results were in. Saw the results were in on My Chart and waited for call. I sent a message to find out results and was told she was not in the office. I called the office to see if my primary doctor or so.eone else could read the results to see if i needed medication i was told no.

I hurt my shoulder, I thought I would need an x-ray of some sort to see what is going on inside there. Sent to Physical Therapy without x-ray. Then did not say I needed a follow up appointment after the 6 weeks. The Therapist questioned that. .
