Getting a schedule appointment is an absolute nightmare you need to give your medical staff more time with their patients and reduced scheduling doctors are overworked

Dr Balanda listens to everything you have to say. Goes over all your options. Very caring on how you feel and how your treatment will work for you. I wasn鈥檛 looking forward to having to change doctors when I found out that my previous doctor was retiring. I was wrong. Dr Balanda stepped in and I never noticed a difference. 110 percent satisfied.

Since it wasn't a sick visit, I scheduled online and it took longer to get an appointment than I would have liked. However, they have been good at getting people in for sick visits in the past, so it was not a problem, just a little inconvenient.
