I have been struggling with the trinity system but Ashly Plemens really helped me move in a direction forward. She understands that it is important to collect data as my issues have been over a period of many years. She listened to me and completely respected my feelings and gave me constructive approaches to my challenges. I didn’t feel like another fat patient that isn’t “trying enough�. I really appreciate her and want this type of treatment and care from start to finish.

Ashley is a compassionate and patient provider. Her kindness is reflected on how I was treated and taking into consideration the unknown and anxiety on my side. She took the time to sit with me to understand and be gentle during the exams making sure I was fine at all times knowing my history, dysfunction and my limits. I’m very fortunate, she made sure to ease my nerves and ensure I’m prepared and ready for next steps and treatment. Thank You! I had been avoiding going in for help and am glad I made the decision finally even if it was a little too late.
