I have seen Jenny McArdle, PA several times now, and found her to be very kind, supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. She was not rushed but took the time needed, and I just felt like she was giving 100%. Even though you might be dealing with a health issue that doesn't have a permanent resolution, it just means a great deal to have a provider her is doing all they can to help you. She was a breath of fresh air!

The PA did not talk to me. She instead talked to the PA she was training about "the patient" without at all consulting me. She was also reading my chart in front of me while thinking out loud about my treatment. It was deeply triggering to me. I did not feel she was prepared to talk to me in any way.
