There was a mix up in scheduling. The pre check in said 10:00 but actual appt was at 9:30. I explained the cofusion and was still seen in a timely fashion. As I was leaving, the person at check -in came out to tell me that I was correct and that the pre-check e mail did specify 10:00. I thought that she took the extra steps to make me feell better.

Visit was for my 3 month cortizone injection in my knee. Knee was cleaned & prepped by another associate. Jana then entered and administered the shot explaining purpose for each shot and then cleaned my knee.

This provider was awesome. She was very professional and provided great service. However, when I made the appointment. I asked to see Dr Carpenter. I was told I could get in sooner if I saw a Physician Assistant and I said No, that I would like to see the Dr. Which added 2-3 weeks to the appointment date. Then, after waiting over a month, I was seen by a Physician Assistant.
