Everything went great, was very satisfied .
I called the clinic regarding a prescription that my insurance refused to cover. I was told Ashley Stone is leaving the clinic. I responded with "she could have told me...so that explains why she was in a hurry and didn't really ask questions where I could elaborate on my answers...." I informed the receptionist that I did not need two appointments in one week next March and didn't know why Ashley scheduled me with Dr Ritchard when I was already in Dr Parra's schedule. She didn't even ask me before I left the appointment she just said check your my chart for your next appointment.I just feel that was rude.

I noticed there were notes in My Chart that were incorrect, she charted part of a breast exam that was never done nor discussed at all. But now it is part of my chart as if it happened.

I am sure this counts as one of my semiannual checkups with my doctor, but it was with a nurse practitioner. Trinity had me fill out an extensive pre visit update, which no one read before my visit. I had an emergency room visit three days before my visit, that was included in the update, but no one was aware of during my appointment.
She is very kind, attentive, and talked with (not at) me. It didn’t feel rushed but it didn’t take forever. I am just so pleased I switched to her as my PCP.

This was my first appointment with Ashlee and I was impressed with her compassion and competency. I felt very well cared for.
As a 62-year-old woman, it's the first time I've had all-female providers and it's great.
I was told the call would take place at 12:30, she called at 12:00. Not a huge deal, but when I asked for a antibotic, she bascially stated I was'nt sick enough. She told me to call back next week Tuesday if I still had issues. I'm still sick but will not want to be seen by this doctor again. This is the second time I had to see her since I could not get into Dr.Parra. Last month, I had a very bad bladder infection and wanted something for it, she told me the results didnt come back with anything. So she would not give me anything, but later was called in a antibotic and a day later a different one. It just doesnt seem like she really knows her stuff yet. Very nice person, just do not want to be referred to her again .
