The receptionist, Melissa, has always been extremely kind & helpful. The nurse, Dorothy, was also very helpful in my follow-up calls.

She was very attentive, my visit was very routine and could have been quicker, but she showed she was genuine and wanted to make sure I was well taken care of
The provider went out of her way to be extremely kind and caring for me and my problems. I was very distressed about some health problems and she took the time to listen to me and ask questions and make sure I was taken care of. By far the best care I have ever received. Will be recommending her to everyone I know. Made me feel so much better after discussing everything with her. Glad to have someone like her as part of the IHA group!

She was very good at listening. My appointment was an hour and a half! She wasn't in a hurry to rush me out, even though I was the last appointment of the day. I would have liked more advice on diet & exercise during pregnancy.
