I have only been there 3 times but they go out of their way to make sure you understand them.
I was expecting a 40 minutes visit. I spent more time speaking with the nurse than Dr. Mohammad. He sat with me for maybe 8 minutes and talked the marjority of the time. No help whatsoever. I came for two referrals and even those are messed up and I have to waste my time fixing it on my end.

This was my first visit to see Dr. A. He had a good sense of my situation from my medical records and followed up with me the next day regarding a test result and the treatment for my condition.

The receptionist was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable while checking in. The x-ray technician and doctor were all friendly and professional. It would have minimized my wait if I had known to check-in for the x-ray appointment. Once I checked in I was seen very quickly, so generally I am happy with the minimal wait times and I had to fill out my new patient forms anyway. What was VERY confusing was the arrows for directing me to suite 200. The arrows on the signage next to the urgent care entrance and also next to the elevators are VERY confusing. The arrows don't face the right way. I hobbled around on my injured ankle for a bit trying to find the suite. This is very confusing for first-time visitors. Overall, I was happy with the experience.
Was pleasantly surprised with our interaction. First time visiting this doctor in order to establish care/have him as my PCP (new to the area). Listened to my health concerns and ordered a test. Called me personally after I took the test to discuss results and let me know what to do from there.
Dr.A always treats me with respect, he goes over all my questions, and is very personable.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as asked. It took a few minutes to check in and then I only waited a couple more minutes before I was taken in. The appointment wasn't very time consuming but it was quite thorough. The speed and efficiency was much appreciated.

He the MD answered my concerns about the medical concerns I had, and questions I had about the symptoms Y was experiencing which concerned me.(The Y is 'I') I Don t know how erase after the sentence is done.We had a plan for helping one of the symptoms I came in for, and to get a more definitive answer on the other symptoms was to get further work up.I believed his concern for my health and how to improve it was genuine and his plan of care indicated he was thorough.

He seemed to move really quickly and I felt rushed. I was given a print out of stretches to do but they only gave me 5 of the 8 pages of stretches so I have to pull it up online for the complete set of stretches I should do.
I was very happy with my visit with this doctor. I got the appointment quickly after using the portal to communicate an issue the office called me the next morning with an appointment. This doctor was very concerned and ordered blood tests. He reviewed them with me the next day via portal and referred me to a specialist. I felt respected and listened to

It felt as though the doctor was in a rush during the appointment, which caused me not to thoroughly discuss my symptoms. He also didn't make much eye contact and instead spent time just entering information into the computer. He was kind, but I felt as though he was distracted and not fully invested in my appointment.

It was okay, but felt like the provider was rushing through with close-ended questions without letting me speak for more than a few seconds about my concerns. I would've liked the provider to be more personable and to also explain more about his differential diagnosis that I read afterwards in the note, but was not made aware of during the visit. In the note, I did not understand what made him think about those particular diagnoses, and it was frightening for me to google what these were and not know whether I needed to be significantly concerned about my health or whether these diagnoses were only possibilities.
The provider had his eyes glued on the computer while asking me questions. I would have preferred that the provider first looked at the area of concern on my body and then make his own conclusions while asking me questions. The visit just lacked an initial moment of empathy for the concern I had.

EXCELLENT CARE
I was very much relieved after my visit, which concerned what I thought was elevated blood pressure due to stress.
Dr. Abdrabboh did a fantastic job with me, as a new patient with him. He was efficient and addressed all my concerns.
He did not even examine me. He just asked questions on what brought me in and offered advice and a prescription without examining me at all.
I want to say Thank you to him . I feel much better.He gave me right medication and I start going to therapy thank you very much and God bless him.

Great visit. I was able to get same day appointment and waited in the waiting room for less than five minutes. The doctor was respectful, kind and able to answer all of my questions.
Provider did not seem to be looking at big picture
It went really well, and was easier than I expected it to be. Also helpful as we discussed other appointments that should be made and the time frame for them.
