Made me wait 30 mins past my appointment time, wasn鈥檛 even running behind, and I had to address the front desk why I was still waiting. Lacked compassion. I felt belittled and gaslit. Felt extremely unwelcome and uncared for.

I had an appointment with Dr. Sara Muzinski on 12/13 in Ann Arbor and I called in on 12/14 to see a doctor for a follow-up. Dr. Downing was able to see me that very afternoon in Chelsea which is very convenient for me. The receptionist was excellent in helping me.

Dr. Muszynski was with me during my miscarriage six months ago. She was supportive of us when we returned for our appointment to confirm our second pregnancy. She didn't make us wait long, and she immediately started my ultrasound to alleviate any fears that we had. She quickly let us know that everything looked good. She also adjusted my due date based on what I told her and the development of the baby. I felt seen by her. I was concerned that adjusting the due date may be an issue, but she had no problem at all doing so. I appreciated her listening to me.
