I changed to the Kentwood from Dr DeLapp鈥檚 office. The care and follow up is so much better at the Jentwood office. Changing to Sam Woods was one of the best decisions I鈥檝e made for my health care.

I was quite disappointed with my visit. I have received care from Sam before and it went well, but this visit seemed different. It was kind of off putting honestly. I felt like I was just another person he had to get through to complete his day. I didn鈥檛 feel comfortable to ask all the questions or discuss all the concerns I had wanted to because I felt like any question I did ask were treated like an inconvenience to him. I left feeling disappointed and a little confused, because, as mentioned before, my previous visit with Sam had gone so much better.

He spent more time with me than I expected (in a good way); he was thorough in his questions and work; he recognized my understanding of the body, diet, and sleep, and he immediately and perfectly catered the conversation to that level. It was impressive, and the atmosphere of the room was comforting and safe. I highly recommend.
I didn鈥檛 like that you sent a prescription in for a medication with out talking to me about it first.
