I didn't finish my comment about the care Lynn provided. She really listened to my struggle breathing, which I thought of as just a usual day, and gave me a breathing treatment, a new prescription and got me in for a chest xray. She and Megan followed up the next day to make sure I saw the next steps I needed. I was so impressed with the care and follow up. Plus, Lynn has a great sense of humor.o

Everyone was nice. After two years, I'm tired of the masking that doesn't do anything for a virus that's a few microns in diameter. We've all had COVID already.

I have always been in excellent health and have had this stomach issue for months now. I wanted to see Dr Taub who is my primary doctor but the wait for an appointment was at least a month. The provider I saw felt dismissive regarding all of my symptoms, and while I believe she was trying to be funny, her sarcasm and biting remarks, I feel, do not belong in medical interaction and made me feel frustrated and not taken seriously.

Lynn was very friendly and kind during an emotionally difficult visit. She showed respect and concern for myself and the situation I was going through. She personally called me with the results as soon as she received them, stating that she knew waiting would be difficult for me given the reason for my visit. She talked with me and offered support which I am very grateful for. She also followed up with me via MyChart messaging to make sure I had a contact number for a referral she felt would be helpful. I am very pleased with her level of empathy and compassion.
