If a patient is asking multiple questions with regards to their diagnosis, which is made without any testing to confirm after an initial misdiagnosis it is frustrating that no further steps were taken to confirm bacterial culture or infection.

The provider, nurse and receptionist treated me with care and understanding. She was able to get me an xray through urgent care during the same visit. Her follow up notes with xray results were clear, thorough and comforting.

All staff I interacted with the day of my appointment were very pleasant and nice. It had being at least 3 years seeing doctor and I was didn't feel like I was being judged or critized for not keeping up on health care. Nikki Taylor even was very encouraging of getting me back on track to keeping up health care and was very helpful suggesting things and appropriate referrals needed based on concerns and discussion we had of what issues I had.
Nikki Taylor is amazing! I was on my hands and knees in an overflow room and crying when she entered the room. She got down with me and spoke to me in a very tender yet professional way. I asked her to please feel the place on my abdomen where I felt the pain and she did. I can't say enough positive things about Nikki. I have met with her before with my children and for me and every time am so very impressed. She has all the qualities of an outstanding carer and professional. She also saw to it that I got an ultrasound right away in the adjacent urgent care. This is an issue that has been going on for months and Nikki was absolutely tuned in and on top of it. When she couldn't reach me with my CT scan results she provided her private cell phone number for me to contact her with the results. We need Nikki Taylors everywhere for patient care!!!

I expressed concern about being in the waiting room with sick people who might be contagious with Covid or the Flu. Dr. K made sure to communicate with the staff and I was taken to an examination room right away. This gave me a great deal of peace. Everyone was very careful.
PA Taylor made me feel comfortable right away, and took my input into account throughout the visit. She handled my treatment in an efficient and professional manner, taking extra time and making an extra effort to ensure the procedure was completed correctly. I would re-visit this provider without hesitation.

She was thorough, engaging, pleasant and knowledgeable. She took the time to review my info ahead of time. Although I'm in excellent health, she still took the time to ask relevant questions and make sure everything was as good as it seemed. She also praised good habits I've been using for overall health.I'd definitely request her in the future and certainly recommend to anyone else.
