Getting an appointment to be seen that day is a miracle they can pull off. I was impressed while awaiting for my appointment a child was carried in and they promptly took care of the child not having to wait. The staff show compassion and curtsey while being friendly. That's very hard to find these days!

NP Erin O. knew that Urgent Care in the same bldg was open and had no wait for X-rays and had me do a hip X-ray for orthoped without having to make a 2nd trip to imaging center. I was thankful for that.

This was my second appointment with IHA and my first Wellness Checkup. I knew my primary care physician would be out of the office and I would be seeing a physician assistant. The physician assistant was extremely knowledgeable and able to clearly answer my questions, concerns, and clearly explain my options and next steps. Overall, I was very impressed with the 4 people I interacted with during my appointment. I am very pleased I am now part of this medical clinic.
