PA Gillman is an amazing provider that took the time to listen and address all concerns I had about an issue I was experiencing. She furthermore took the time to explain to me future steps I should take or potential options for me to explore in the future if this issue arose again. This issue was also something that was very uncomfortable for me to talk about and she made me feel comfortable talking about this issue with her which I greatly appreciate.

I like and would recommend Stephanie Gillman to other people because I believe she knows her stuff. However, my overall impression is that it Is IHA's protocol and procedures that she was following and that various tests and vaccines are being pushed way too much by IHA and this office.

Parking a problem.
Stephanie was great. In no way did I feel rushed while in her care. I normally see Dr Schmel but due to her being booked til next year, I made an appointment with Stephanie. I will gladly see Stephanie in the future if need be.
I filled out ALL my paperwork online only to be told by the front desk that they could not pull that up and I would have to fill it out all over again on paper. It's 2021 - that is ridiculous.

My regular PCP left his practice and was my PCP for over 30 years. I was recommended to IHA and chose Dr. Van Hoosen. It would take until the end of October to see Dr. Van Hoosen so I chose to see a PA and was assigned to Stephanie Gillman. I was very pleased with my visit and her knowledge of my health situation and concerns to keep my prescriptions renewed etc.
