My only concern was the need to make an early morning drive to Howell rather than find a few minutes in the Ann Arbor practice. My follow up also had to be in Howell as all Ann Arbor appoints are booked

*Kathleen Kerr reviewed all issues related to my adjustment to using my CPAP machine which I started 3 months ago. She was very thorough & addressed all my concerns which were few since the adjustment period has been very smooth.
The provider (K. Kerr) was excellent; listened to what I had to say; addressed my concerns; made sure I had a sample of the new medication I was to take and had an associate make sure I was tutored in its used. Your support staff was very helpful and considerate as well as professional. The other section of the hospital where my testing was done were also excellent in my treatment during and after the test and very prompt in getting the results to Ms. Kerr. I was also amazed they took me back to my car in a wheelchair. Kudos to everyone that participated in my care that day.

She listened carefully - I think I was looking for an 'answer' to 'fix' my problem - but it is apparently several different things going on - I'm frustrated because this problem has been going on since Jan. 2020 & I just want to feel better.

I reviewed my history said I was concerned that I was sleeping less approximately 5 1/2 vs 7. Response was your apnea is okay. When question about duration vs. current situation response was you need to figure that out.
