I liked Matthew. Very friendly, pleasant, showed concern when I told him I was sleepy at a stop light when driving. He was professional, thorough, knocked at the door before entering. Just 1 small thing. No big deal. I showed up to my appointment at 9:05am, the actual time was 9:20am. I sat in the room until 9:37 before he came in. I was going to wait until 9:45 and go ask someone if I should come back. He did apologize. I was grateful for that. He had great manners!
