Jason Schwartz, CNP, is a certified acute care nurse practitioner. Jason is experienced in neurology and has clinical interests in vertigo, migraines, Parkinson’s disease, deep brain stimulation programming and general neurology. Prior to joining the practice in 2003, Jason worked in the emergency department at the University of Michigan.

CNP Jason Schwartz gave me some of the best information and advice I’ve received about my nerve pain in my feet and other pain related issues. He was extremely helpful in so many ways. He listened to me and cared about my reasons and wants as much as possible. He was able to work them into my healthcare plan to make sure we both got what was needed to make a full recovery plan.

It was a terrible experience so much so that I walked out of the appointment after being in the room with him for about 10 minutes. I got up and left. He was rude and condescending to me. I will NEVER go back ! Awful he should be ashamed of how he treated and talked to me. I had already been through so much before I saw him and this experience has just added to it.
