I saw his assistant, decided on surgery, and the staff went back and forth between me and Dr. Williams several times. My feeling is that for the amount of $$ this guy is making, he could maybe pop in for a minute, particularly as a decision about surgery was finally reached. By proxy.And he was there.

I was given a steroid shot to relieve my immediate pain. It worked so well I was able to postpone surgery to a later date
I was pleased the staff fit me into schedule when a cancellation provided an unexpected opening. Although the discomfort is not yet resolved it is much more tolerable with a plan!
