Did not listen to my main concern regarding my childs health. Very rushed visit did not have good attention to detail. I am not happy at all. Now I have to wait for my sons next visit with his primary so we can take steps forward regarding my concern about his low iron.
I believe that I was a little uncomfortable because she was new to me but she did her job well

Kim is very approachable, knowledgeable and caring.
I think she means well but women need to do better by women. We have an opportunity to not brush off “meaningless symptoms� and that didn’t happen today. Help me so I don’t have to seek out a holistic approach just to have my voice heard and action taken.

My personal bias as a physician of 40 years is to listen directly on the chest to the heart and lungs rather than through clothing for best accuracy of auscultation.
I have been living with my disability PTSD for over 20 years. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility.
My medical needs and questions were addressed very quickly.

Dr. Lanning explained everything in layman terms. I have been diabetic for 30 years, and I know what I need to do to get better. In society you are not able to achieve the resources available to you in order to achieve healthy living. I understand my diagnosis very well, and I understand the goals I have to do to achieve it. One thing I do not need is a doctor speaking to me as if I were incompetent. One thing I don't need...... is to feel labeled or stereotyped..
