Each person with whom I related was helpful: receptionist updated contact information, first nurse took all necessary information, I received my flu shot, and Dr. Hoffius went over results of blood test, answered questions I had and showed assured me everything was going well.

My appointment was at 4:00 on Friday of a holiday weekend. I needed a last minute appointment and the office fit me in. Everyone was very caring and kind even though I’m sure they were ready to start their weekend! I truly am grateful for everyone I came in contact with.

I noted an intense hand pain I had had for over a week, I noted that I still had strength to exercise, using the hand, 3-4 days prior but the condition had detreated significantly by the time of the call for an appointment. The follow-up notes stated that the exercise caused the injury.
