Every time I see her I have to wait. Sometimes as long as a half hour. I don鈥檛 think that is right. My family sees other doctors in this practice and their wait time is a max of 5 minutes.

I waited an hour to be seen by my doctor. I was taken back to the room at my appointment time but my doctor did not come back to the room to see me until an hour after my initial appointment time
She always makes me feel like family. I never feel rushed.

When I first began seeing this provider (10+ years ago), she was great, but now I don't feel like she listens to what I say, and she doesn't take the necessary time. I feel like just another number with a dollar sign, and NOBODY deserves care like that.
