My Mom passed away 1 week ago. She sat and listened to me when that was not even the reason for my visit. She made sure i understood to call if i was in need of anything and comforted me. This truly meant the world to me.

Every time I see her I have to wait. Sometimes as long as a half hour. I don’t think that is right. My family sees other doctors in this practice and their wait time is a max of 5 minutes.

I waited an hour to be seen by my doctor. I was taken back to the room at my appointment time but my doctor did not come back to the room to see me until an hour after my initial appointment time
She always makes me feel like family. I never feel rushed.

Always late to see patients. I had early morning appointment, why is the provider running so late?

She is very good amount staying ontop if all their notes and treatment and helps me be the go between so all my doctors know and understand what’s going on or what treatments one may be doing that doesn’t mesh well with a treatment with another specialist.
