The office always seems to have her overbooked. 5 minutes just simply isn鈥檛 long enough on some visits to ask questions and feel heard. So to recap, she is great, SO GREAT's.and yet you still really need 10 minutes with her.

Dr. Archer is wonderful. I really trust her and knowing I have her in my corner eases my anxiety when it comes to my pregnancies. The only bad part is that she is highly in demand and sometimes scheduling can be tough as she gets booked up quickly, however, I haven't had that problem yet with care in my current pregnancy.

Dr carefully explain s situation
The provider was running behind, which I understand and I was happy to wait my turn. However, once the provider arrived, I do not feel I was given a fair amount of time. I was cut off mid-sentence and not able to explain my concerns.

The Nurse who did my pre visit was phenomenal! I advised I'd brought a skirt for coverage and she made an effort to get me a larger gown and provide a sheet. She insisted and it felt wonderful to be normalized and not ostracized. I was so sad when Dr DeGroot left but Dr Archer is on par with her. I'm so thankful to have such caring people on my team.

Prior to seeing my provider, the medical assistant asked if I wanted anyone else in the room with me and offered to essentially serve as a 'chaperone' if I was uncomfortable being alone with the provider. I thought this was an incredibly kind and thoughtful offer. Although I did not take her up on it, I did express my appreciation and shared that offering to stay in the room with me so I wasn't alone was a great idea for the practice to adopt. I just wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts and appreciation.

The gynecologist that I had seen for the last 35 years retired recently. I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new gynecologist that was a comfortable fit for me. I am happy to say that Dr. Archer made me feel very comfortable upon first meeting her. She seemed somewhat familiar with my health history during my visit although this was the first time I had an appointment with her. Dr. Archer is very personable and seemed very caring. I definitely will see Dr. Archer for future needs.

She never brushes off any mentioned concern, always does an appointment recap, lets me know exactly what needs to be done and reviews what tests have been done. Dr Archer is the best! I really enjoy how she's never in a rush to move onto her next appointment and spends time talking to my husband and I about things. The Dr thinks I have a fibroid, and wants me to get an ultrasound, but I am not sure what will happen if it is a fibroid, and are they looking for cancer?

When Dr Marley retired last year, I never thought I'd find a doctor that I liked as much (he was my dr for 38 years. Well I was wrong. I am so very, very pleased with Dr Archer. She Is so easy to talk to about anything and so attentive and caring. She explains everything and I never feel rushed. She is awesome!! I have been a patient of this practice for 50 years (actually the founder, Dr Williams, delivered me 68 years ago!). I will never go anywhere else!

This was my first OBGYN appointment and I was very satisfied the the care I received. I was concerned about getting in before I left for college but the care team at IHA's office was very helpful in getting me in soon and relieving any concerns I had.

Dr. Archer is very compassionate and has been a trusted provider for many years. I was very disappointed that my medication management was changed abruptly without discussion even though we had talked about a different course of action at length prior to my surgery. Unfortunately this is causing me a lot of difficulty, however other than this one incident I think she is a wonderful and caring doctor. I talked about this with her and she was receptive to feedback.
