50 years ago I spent 5 years working in urology at this hospital, thus highly knowledgeable of anatomy and jargon. Only new procedures required explanation which was provided at exactly my level of knowledge. All technical questions fully answered.
Poor bedside manners never came to see me after surgery to talk to me sent the PA and the PA could not answer my questions because she was not in the operating room

The physician and their staff were very polite and were understanding of the situation with my kidney stones and previous dealings diagnosed with my primary care provider. The exam rooms should be cleaner
Since it was a zoom appt. I thought it would start on the time allotted. But having to wait on zoom for an extra 15-30 minutes on zoom was annoying.

My first experience with a video consult and lack of timely follow up leaves me feeling that this form of medicine is rather impersonal. The letter I received regarding the x-rays are a whole other problem that will probably require a different specialist. Now I don鈥檛 know what to do.

I really would have liked to have seen the doctor that was recommended to me, but I am feeling that Dr. Gimenez is quite capable. I think it is impressive that she can convey this feeling after the first appointment that we had. Also, Dr. Gimenez's assistant or nurse is an asset, as well. She gives an impression of having things under control. I give her a great recommendation, as well. Also, the scheduler is awesome! Bless her for helping to straighten out a couple of scheduling issues that might have been unresolved with a lesser person! Fortunately, Dr. Gimenez, her nurse and the scheduler, Diane DO inspire confidence. They do have forces working against them, too.
This physician is the very best I've had in Ann Arbor, bar none. She is focused, personable, alert, well-informed, reasonable, likeable, sensitive, persuasive--I can't think of enough good terms. A jewel.

Dr is very cold shouldered individual. Anytime I've seen her I feel like she's pushed my medical problems away basically. I was supposed to be scheduled for a procedure last year once and same for a scheduled procedure this year with her. I never once heard from her office then when I did call they to me someone would be in touch. Nope never happened. I feel as if my medical concerns don't matter to her. I'm very disappointed.

Dr. Gimenez and her assistant Nicole are really knowledgeable in the Urology Department. This was my first visit with them and it won't be my last. I felt very comfortable with them and they explained very clearly what they were doing with the test I had and put my mind at ease with their explanations.
The Doctor never induced herself to me, and I thought she was very rude and disrespectful to me.

I had a rare complication from lithotripsy which was quite upsetting and resulted in a hospital stay.
