Dr. Lacy treats children with respect. I appreciated that she directed questions at him, even though I did jump in a few times to clarify/correct since he's 6. My son asked how she knew he had an ear infection. She was so patient and kind, and took the time to show him some images and explain it to him. I learned some things too! Dr. Lacy is amazing.

We love Dr. Lacy!! She's been our pediatrician since the boys were born and they're 14 & 15 now.. she's thorough, genuinely cares and has amazing bedside & communication skills. I can't possibly say enough good things to describe her or how grateful I am that she is my children's primary doctor.

Dr Lacy is an all star the nurses are ok the front desk persons are super friendly but in all we go to see Dr Lacy I have a son who鈥檚 extremely shy and reserved. He only feels comfortable with Lacy which says a lot. She鈥檚 amazing

Very caring and concerned. Explained the treatment options very well. Discussed the situation excellently with Raaga and made her understand the problem she's going through. Raaga was convinced to take medication after listening to the provider. Gave an appointment for the very next day as a follow up based on the severity of the situation. Very impressed with the care we received.

I was told to arrive at 9:15. I just sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes before I was called back to the room at 9:30 (the appt time).After the nurse got my son's measurement we waited in the room for 25 minutes before we saw the doctor. For only seeing the Dr for 10 minutes I was there for over an hour. That was a little frustrating. Otherwise everyone is kind and I enjoy taking my son here.

(...) was seen for her (...) check up, needing (...) shots. She was traumatized and it was was traumatizing for me! Instead of bringing in 2 assistants to give her shots at the same time, one assistant gave ONE shot at a time. It was hard for me to restrain (...) without her moving and the other assistant didn't seem to know how to address the situation. They were nice but I think the situation could've been handled a little differently.
