If there is anything negative to say, it would be a positive thing as well, because Dr. Heck is so highly respected and sought-after, that scheduling an appointment with her can be difficult, at times, but worth the wait. She always takes more time to explain things, as well as listen, to her patients, to be sure that we are understanding each other.

Dr. Heck didn't have time to review my file before coming in the patient room as she was running behind, however, she tried to get herself up to speed rather quickly. I have a lot going on that may or may not be related and was in and out of the ER during COVID for a few things that may or may not have been related to what is going on now, but I trust that eventually we'll find out what is wrong, what can be treated or fixed. I just don't like having to come back every 4-6 weeks for another appointment because we run out of time.

Dr. Heck is excellent. Adding a DO to my health care provider team fills a missing part for having an integrated health service provider under a single brand. Knowing that Dr. Heck and Dr. Kusiak, my primary care physician and also excellent, have access to my total treatment regimen is very much appreciated. As previously noted, IHA is the best run medical practice I've experienced. And as a 64 year old marketing professor, I've had a lot of comparisons to draw on. Kudos IHA.
