I really would like an appointment scheduled for the procedures that have to take place. It has been a week since I have heard from a scheduler. Frustrating.
Very emotionally comfortable procedure. The MA and Dr really made things feel laid back which in turn helped me relax. Nothing got messed up - even from the brig inning with scheduling - phone calls were returned and were pleasant. I was informed consistently what was going on- from scheduling to billing to appointment to care. Questions were answered without feeling like I was being high maintenance. Both the MA and the Dr appeared as though they were knowledgeable AND enjoyed their job. These are just a few of the reasons I come to IHA for care. Instead of Michigan Medicine (which is my place of employment). IHA care far exceeds others in the area. Thank you!!
