Dr Ding is a great doctor. Always explains all of my bloodwork so I understand treatment and explains how and when It is best to take any medications needed to help me long term. Staff is very friendly and ask if there is anything they can help you with.

Timely and caring
The negative is I had a 9:40 appt. I was in a room until 10:25 before I saw my doctor. Waiting 45 minutes with no update on why it was taking so long is not acceptable. I was close to leaving because I had another commitment to get to.
The Doctors at St. Mercy-Mercy have all been very experienced and caring in my journey through breast cancer.
Provider was over 30 minutes late for my appointment and I was 1st patient of the day 7:45 arrival time, 8am appointment and provider arrived to see me at 8:30.
Dr. Ding listens to patient's concerns and is easy to understand.
Everyone at St. Mary's has been very kind and competant! Marian at blood draw is wonderful. Fred at CAT scan is terrific!
