Her empathy was genuine. She was very specific about all the steps in the procedure and explained the reason for each step. She used a drawing and wrote notes on it. I really appreciated all this information. She certainly inspired confidence. what I should expect. She also explained the reason for each step suported with drawings and writen notes on the drawing. This visit was what I expected. Everyone was helpful, professional snd just superb care.
Everything with the visit was very positive, however when planning the future surgery there is a slight problem. The doctor only does procedure in the afternoon and I have a problem with not having food or drink for such a long time an options for a earlier time cannot be provided. this may cause me an issue on that day, other that that all is good
