Dr. Mohan is very knowledgeable and direct. I've had issues in the past understanding what other Dr's were attempting get across. I like that she is not a time waister, she made me feel as if all of my questions were answered in the way that I understood what is happening.

I just don't think Dr. Mohan was listening to me. I told her a couple of things that in my book are "red flags". And she didn't even adress them. In her afte4r visit summary, they were never mentioned.

Dr Mohan used to be a very nice doctor and over the years she has become very argumentative. I am going to find a new doctor. A doctor should be supportive and caring towards their patients.

The providers I have had # Chelsea Internal Medicine have all been pretty good. Dr. Yarows has been my PCP& he & others in the office I think are good professional doctors & staff. However I feel IHA is making the local interaction with the individual clinics less personable & the IHA Call enter is in my opinion deplorable - to the point if it is not done away with or drastically improved I will seek out other options to give the individualized clinics the ability to relate & deal w/patients health like they were able to do in the past. The centralized IHA Call Center to me has been a complete failure & again if not being able to contact our individual IHA Clinic (Chelsea Internal Medicine) is not reinstated I will probably seek out a new practice & PCP that will not be tied to a IHA Call Center experience. Being put on hold for 15+ minutes on some occasions is ridiculous to try & get an appointment, something I used to be able to do quickly & efficiently but not anymore with the Call Center. Get rid of the IHA Centralized Call Center or be ready to say good-bye to me as a long time patient. No patient should be treated like the experience you get when you call the IHA Call Center in my opinion.

I take responsibility for my health, and have always appreciated the opportunity for discussion of issues and collaboration with my physician. I felt rushed, and the one question I was able to ask was brusquely answered 'No' with no opportunity to continue. The doctor showed no Interest In why I asked it. The material that was printed and given to me for another Issue was the same as that which I had already found online prior to my visit. I felt hurried and unable to express any context for questions I might have in the very brief time the doctor was with me.
Great couldn't ask for any better provider.

I felt like she was a bit dismissive about some of the questions I asked. I'm trying to be proactive about my health as I age and she said they would deal with things when I show symptoms. I wish she would have gone into what those symptoms might be and how I can best prepare to be in good health at that time.
