I really don't feel a connexion with my provider, I feel more like another number in the office, I don't like how it is all about writing in the computer when I am sitting right there almost like the computer it is more important then me the patient

I feel like the dr was not listening to me, she just kept typing on her keyboard. I went in there with concerns and hoping to get a piece of mind and left there the same.
Provider was not friendly and understanding. I am a healthy patient with no concerns. Seems like a money grab for how much they want me to be seen.
It was my first appointment and experience with this office. It was a confirmation appointment with an ultrasound. My partner didn't have a place to sit in the office and had to move around to be out of the way. He should be an equal part in the process because he is the father of my child. It made him feel uncomfortable and in the way. I want him at all my appointments during my pregnancy and he did not feel welcome.
First visit. I felt she spent enough time with me and listened to me which doesn't happen often. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. I am grateful to have found her. Everyone if the office was very friendly also.

Dr. Jones Is very caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. She is the best. I always recommend her to my friends as I have been seeing her past 20 years. I am very comfortable with her as she been patience while listening to concerns about any health related issue and gives appropriate suggestions.
I have seen Dr. Jones for 22 years and my entire adult needs. Dr. Jones always spends the time with you, she is NEVER the doctor who spends less time in the exam room then you waited. She takes the time to go over all needs and to make sure all is good before she walks out. If needed always calling to follow up. I have enjoyed my time over the years with her and she is the reason why I stay with IHA. I have not had the greatest experience with Internal Medicine (Primary MD) so this says a lot about Dr. Jones and how she cares for her patients.
