Dr. Frei has continued to go above and beyond for my children. We have recently been navigating a new diagnosis of ADHD, Anxiety and ASD for my 7 year old son. It has been a long road in trying to find support over the last 2+ years. We met with Dr. Frei and she immediately jumped in to help us find the right treatment to help him succeed. She is knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. We can not thank her enough!

The experience with the provider was neutral. Nothing stood out that was great or terrible. If comparing to previous IHA peds visits, I would say it lacked the warmth that I typically experience and comfortableness to ask questions/take time/get more resources. One notable thing: the clerks at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and kind. It seemed like they really like working at this office. I think for a minor concern, I wouldn't mind coming back, but I plan to continue seeing her other pediatrician moving forward for her milestone visits.
*Dr. Frei is wonderful. She always takes time to address all our questions and concerns. She offers advice & guidance w/o being negative or doom & gloom. We love her.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience(s) with Dr. Frei. As a parent, she always makes me feel seen and heard. I never feel rushed and my son always feels comfortable. I appreciate and value her advice/expertise; which I feel comes both from her personal experience as a parent and as a medical professional.

We continue to be impressed with Dr. Frei as a doctor every time we see her. She makes sure to answer ALL your questions before you leave (unlike 99% of other doctors). She even recapped to make sure we had every issue discussed. She's very nice, intelligent, caring and everything else you could ask for in a doctor. My husband and I always say we wish she was a general doctor, of all ages, so we could use her as well. My daughter will continue to use Dr. Frei until she ages out of her care. We can't say enough good things about her and refer her to everyone we know.

This experience was excellent. 1. The office was able to get all 3 of my children into appointments together so that I did not have to take 3 different times off of work. 2. The doctor answered all concerns I had in a comforting way. 3. One child had what I thought was simple cold. Dr. Frei noticed that his cough was worse than I thought, and provided some medicine and a follow up visit to address it. 4. Dr. Frei was very good at engaging the quiet and shy children with fun conversation.
