We contacted the office at 8 am regarding our child's symptoms. We developed a care plan and touched base at noon same day. Due to the nature of our child's symptoms, we were seen in person at 2 pm. Our normal provider wasn't in that day and we were scheduled with Dr. Wheatley. We were so fortunate! Dr. Wheatley was amazing with our child and us too. We are so fortunate to have a variety of knowledgeable and wonderful providers to care for our family. We have always been confident in IHA West Pediatrics, and grateful for their services.

I was very pleased with the visit. Our child had routine shots so there was some crying. The nurse did not rush us and let us take whatever time we needed to do to comfort our child before leaving the office.
