She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has additional certification in Basic, Advanced Cardiac, Advanced Obstetrics, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, as well as in Fundamental Critical Care. She listens to my concerns and has helped me on my mental health journey as well as being a huge cheerleader and support when I needed help with losing weight. I actually walked away from this appointment thinking I am not sure the Dr. Kusiak knows just how much I appreciate the care she provides. I was incredibly lucky to have her at the helm when I was navigating in some uncharted waters with Covid. At this appointment, she addressed everything on my list, (5-6 things). Reminded about concerns about addiction with pain medication and talked about safe ways to dispose of it. I came away from the appointment with a plan, new information, reassurance and content that all my concerns were address. Dr K. Is always respectful, friendly and certainly has shown empathy along the way after a long battle with a serious illness.

The provider and medical assistant were both excellent and focused on the purpose of my visit. We discussed my present concern but also addressed whether there were any other issues I was concerned with unrelated to my visit. I would recommend this provider without hesitation.
