Dr. Thielking has been my gyn for a very long time. I won't see anyone else. At the same time, I noticed a change in him & I would attribute it to the general changes in healthcare where people are treated as numbers & stats instead of people who are & can be advocates for their own healthcare.
Overall a good visit. I would definitely recommend.

I felt as if Dr. Thielking did not listen to my concerns or health history. I had explained what I had been going through these past four months. When I mentioned a medication allergy he told me it didn't really sound like an allergy, even though my primary doctor and pharmacist both had told me it was. When I had mentioned I went to a dermatologist to get my skin infection looked at because nothing was helping and they did a biopsy he said that was kinda overkill. Overall I left feeling very frustrated. I work in health care and I understand that patients need to advocate for themselves which I felt like I was doing so I can't imagine how other patients feel leaving his office. I do not plan on coming back and will be receiving and 2nd opinion from a different OBGYN.

I have been seeing Dr. Thielking for 15-20 years and have always felt that he gives me enough time to discuss anything that's of concern to me. He always listens with care and respect. This is the reason that I don't mind waiting a bit for my appointment, because I know that he's giving everyone that chance to discuss things that are bothering them.

Dr. Thielking was condescending and patronizing. He dismissed my concerns. Basically to tell me that what I am experiencing isn't medically possible and didn't want to do the treatment Dr. Morris and I had previously discussed. I will not see him again.
Very pleased, no long wait, excellent care. I never felt rushed. I felt like the doctor would have taken all the necessary time needed to address any concern I may have had.
Overall love this office. I do think it was pointless for me to come in. I wish nurse would have asked doctor prior to having me schedule as nothing changed & no exam was performed. Could have been dealt with over the phone.

I feel Dr. Theilking did not appreciate how miserable I am. He compared getting wrinkles to not sleeping due to hot flashes, said it is part of aging and the hot flashes will eventually go away. Not very sensitive.
