I appreciate exchanging information with practitioners who realize that in certain areas, I may know as much or more than they do. Diagnosis becomes a joint effort and at least at TH, "standard of care" doesn't become a mantra as it does at UM, and common sense, thought for the patient and compassionate, intelligent care are the standards.
