Hands down Dr. Baca is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She takes the time to answer questions and check for understanding. I am so thankful for her support and care during both of my pregnancies also! The staff at this location is also superb. My last visit the system was down and they were operating manually. They all handled it like champs and even though their morning was not going as planned, they were kind and friendly and ensured the office visit was still excellent and efficient.

Dr. Baca is a very good listener and makes me feel confident in the fact that she is there for me, and not just rushing to push through her day.
Doctor Baca is courteous but I missed better personal connection from her. I'm not sure If she was in a hurry (my appt was on time though) or if she followed the guides to perform only the annual appointment because I missed more education about my general health condition.

Dr Baca is great she listens to your concerns and adequately addresses them. She goes above and beyond when things aren't right and makes sure the patient is delivered with superb patient care. She also does her own research into issues and is a very good doctor highly recommend.

Provider superficially listens to questions and provides very brief responses that often do not sufficiently answer the question. Even when inappropriate to the question asked, the most often responses were 'yes' or 'no' or even 'it depends' but with no additional context of what the issue might depend on. It would feel more supportive if the provider understood the question being asked, thoroughly answered questions and used the opportunity to provide education to the patient, instead of merely ensuring the patient is not at risk and problems are medically under control for the time being.
