Had a wonderful experience at Dr. Menon's office. The front staff was helpful and respectful to me and each other. Dr. Menon is amazing and I have highly recommended her to my sister! She is so easy to talk to, answers all my questions kindly, and is genuine. When I checked out I had forgotten to take the photo of the mammogram phone number poster in order to call and schedule the mammogram. The girl at my check out walked me to the poster to allow me to take the photo. I thought this was very professional and kind. Now I can schedule my mammogram easily because she took the extra time to help me. Truly a great office. (By the way, I'm a nurse myself and hope that warrants value of my opinion/experience).
